Fill out an application form that is available on the website. The completed form can be submitted electronically or physically at our head office. Alternatively, you can visit our head office and set up your account.

We accept the following payment methods i.e. USD bank transfer and USD Cash

Coupons and cards are collected at our head office in Harare, Mutare, Bulawayo and Masvingo offices

Fuel cards expire after 6 months of non-use. Expired cards can be brought in for reactivation at our Redan offices

Minimum is 100L. There is no maximum limit that can be purchased.

Minimum coupon purchase is 20L. There is no maximum limit that can be purchased.

Petrol coupons are available in 5L and 20L denominations
Diesel coupons are available in 20L denominations.

Coupons and fuel cards are redeemable at Redan service stations nationwide. You are also welcome to use the QR code on our Locator page to view other locations you can redeem at.

Coupons are valid for 6 months.

Expired coupons can be returned to Redan and revalidated

Fuel coupons are paper vouchers that can be redeemed for the specific volume denominated on them. Fuel cards are electronic cards that are PIN protected and loaded with the volume a customer has purchased. The two facilities can be used interchangeably.
