Celebrating Our Communities: Customer Appreciation Month 2025

From the second week of October through to the first week of November 2025, Redan Zimbabwe came together to celebrate Customer Appreciation Month—a nationwide initiative dedicated to recognising the people and teams who keep us moving every day.

Over the course of four weeks, Head Office teams, managers, and activators travelled across the country, visiting over 50 Redan service stations nationwide. From cities to towns and communities along major routes, the campaign brought Redan directly to the people we serve, creating space for meaningful engagement and connection.

Why Customer Appreciation Month Matters

Customer Appreciation Month is about more than celebration. It gives our Head Office teams the opportunity to interact directly with customers and service station teams, hear their experiences first-hand, understand their needs, and listen to their suggestions. Just as importantly, it allows us to personally thank our service station teams for their dedication and commitment, and our customers for their continued support.

These interactions are vital. They strengthen relationships, improve understanding across teams, and ensure that the voices of our customers and frontline staff continue to shape how we operate and grow. Together, they form the lifeline that is Redan Zimbabwe.

Energy on the Ground

The atmosphere throughout the campaign was vibrant and energetic. Each stop was filled with excitement, laughter, and engagement as communities joined in the activities and celebrations. From music and promotions to conversations and shared moments, the campaign reflected the spirit of togetherness that defines Redan.

Over the four weeks, our teams met thousands of customers, travelled thousands of kilometres, and experienced the diversity and warmth of communities across Zimbabwe. Every interaction, whether brief or extended, reinforced the strong connection between Redan and the people we serve.

Closing on a Meaningful Note

As Customer Appreciation Month came to a close in early November, it left behind more than memories—it reinforced our shared purpose. We returned inspired, energised, and grateful for the trust placed in us by our customers and the dedication shown by our teams across the country.

Customer Appreciation Month 2025 reminded us that at the heart of Redan are people—those who serve, those who support, and those who journey with us every day.
