We are proud to share another meaningful community engagement initiative led by our Redan Chinhoyi team, who continue to show commitment and care through their ongoing support of Chengetanai Home for the Aged and Disabled.

On 29 September, a team of ten Redan employees visited Chengetanai Home, which currently houses 22 elderly residents, comprising 16 men and six women. The visit provided an opportunity to reconnect with residents from diverse cultural backgrounds, strengthen existing relationships, and reaffirm that they remain valued members of the Chinhoyi community.

During the visit, the team participated in a range of practical activities aimed at improving the residents’ living environment and supporting their daily needs. These activities included deep cleaning the dormitories, cutting firewood, washing dishes, cleaning corridors and windows, and preparing and sharing breakfast with the residents.

Beyond the physical tasks, the visit was marked by meaningful interaction, shared moments, and genuine connection. Through consistent engagement, the Redan Chinhoyi team has fostered lasting friendships with the residents, creating a sense of belonging and mutual appreciation.
