At Redan, our Community Partnership Program is dedicated to creating sustainable and meaningful impact to individuals and the communities we serve. We have initiated over 40 community projects, and here is an insight into some of our most recent efforts.

Embracing Community Spirit: Redan at Maranatha Christian High School

On February 2024, Redan Liberation City supported Maranatha Christian High School's inter house competition, showcasing our commitment to community engagement. We contributed a donation, participated in parents' races, and saw Russell Ndlovu win first place. Our team, including Molly, Tanatswa, Knowledge, and Simba Murombedzi, worked tirelessly to ensure the event's success, forging bonds and making a positive impact.

Heartwarming Day at Mucheke Old People's Home

On May 2024, our team visited Mucheke Old People’s Home, providing 90% of their needed items. We met all the elderly residents, enjoying meaningful interactions. We assisted in their nutrition garden and took on various chores, guided by Red Cross nurse aides. The Administrator expressed deep gratitude, inviting us to return. The residents, many remembering our company, wished us well, leaving a lasting impression. Our visit was more than community service; it was a day of learning, sharing, and heartfelt connections. Thank you to everyone who made this possible. The joy and gratitude we witnessed were our greatest rewards.

Redan Westgate’s  Visit to Village of Hope Zimbabwe

On May 2024, Redan Westgate visited the Village of Hope Zimbabwe children’s home in Good Hope. With 45 children aged 4 to 20 years, our time was spent playing games and interacting, creating joyful memories. We presented donations, including site-approved items, essential goods, and preloved clothes. The responsible authorities expressed heartfelt gratitude for our support and time.

Redan Belvedere's Community Service at St. Joseph's House for Boys

In May 2023, the Redan Belvedere team engaged in community service at St. Joseph's House for Boys. Founded in 1936, St. Joseph's empowers boys aged 12-18 with essential life skills. Our team helped clean facilities, squeeze lemons for their juice project, and shell maize and sugar beans. This initiative strengthened our connection with the boys and staff, reflecting our commitment to giving back and fostering meaningful relationships.

Redan Sponsors Selborne Routledge Family Fun Day

In October 2023, Redan sponsored the Selborne Routledge Family Fun Day, promoting community spirit and sportsmanship. Teams from Louis Mountbatten, Belvedere Primary, Avonlea Primary, and Selborne Routledge competed for a $150 grand prize. Louis Mountbatten School emerged victorious. The event celebrated unity and teamwork, with Redan supporting initiatives that foster positive community relationships through sports and healthy competition.
