‍New Team Members and New Roles 

Over 20 individuals across our service stations have been promoted to more senior positions, marking and recognising their dedication and hard work in serving our customers and advancing our mission. Their commitment to excellence and passion for their roles have not gone unnoticed, and we're proud to see them take on new challenges and responsibilities within the Redan family.

Additionally, we extend a warm welcome to Blessing Venge, Ivy Magwede, Basilia Gwaze and Bridget Sibanda to our head office team. Their enthusiasm, dedication, and fresh perspectives will undoubtedly enrich our workplace culture and contribute to our continued success.

Brendon Tembo stepped into the role of Territory Manager within our Retail Team, bringing with him seven years of retail fuel experience and leadership skills. Allen Karumbidza moved to a new role as the Retail Administrator from Accounts department, where his expertise and attention to detail will play a vital role in supporting our retail operations.

Celebrating Life's Milestones

In addition to career achievements, we're also delighted to celebrate personal milestones within our team. Congratulations to Rutendo Chikwayi and Brendon Tembo (Retail Territory Manager)  on their Roora, a joyous occasion that marks the beginning of a new chapter in their lives. We wish them a lifetime of love, happiness, and prosperity.
